Brevard’s newest wedding and event venue is opening in Summer 2021! A project a decade in the making, Sprengergarten is a dream realized for the Williams family.

Sprengergarten is a beautiful venue that features both indoor and outdoor space. Inside our Ballroom, we can accommodate more than 200 guests while still including a large dance floor under a vaulted wood ceiling. Located right next door, the Tavern can host smaller events or cocktail hours. The Tavern is warm and welcoming featuring a large bar from 1800s Europe and additional seating under the picturesque pergolas. Our Gardens are a surreal scene with paved pathways and a large gazebo to host ceremonies or a dance under the stars.

The Property

Sprengergarten is a large multi-phase project. Phase 1 sits upon 8 acres with the privacy and exclusivity your event or wedding deserves. Your guests will enter through our steel gates to a whole new world. The buildings in Sprengergarten have a Bavarian feel to them, delivering a distinct but not overwhelming style to the Space Coast. Each building serves as the perfect venue for your event, big or small. With all of the open space and gardens, the options for your big day are endless.

Our Vision

Sprengergarten is a multi-phase project. The first phase is nearing completion and will be ready for hosting weddings and other events. We’re finishing up the beautiful Bridal House (a two-story home overlooking a pond) and putting final touches into the Groom’s Lounge (located on the opposite end of the property). Additional construction is planned for the back of the property and we’ve acquired the adjacent 10 acres for growth. We’ve planned for and considered multiple ways to use this beautiful venue.

The Family

Sprengergarten is a family business, inspired by the visions of Ted Williams. He acquired the original 8 acres over a decade ago and evolved his idea of turning it into a community garden where people can enjoy nature’s beauty and get together with friends and colleagues. His wife, Sheila, their children, and other family members have poured their hearts into making Sprengergarten a beautiful place to share with others.

Consciously Developed

Sprengergaten has been developed to be gentle on the environment. The large trees and groves on the property were preserved; there are multiple ponds; and the parking lot is a pervious pavement which allows storm water to filter through.

Sprengergarten is also developed with accessibility in mind. The main buildings (The Ballroom and The Tavern) are fully accessible.
